Delivery Timeframe:

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 2 working days. The majority of orders are delivered to your address within 2-6 working days from the date of dispatch. You can track your order by clicking on the provided link by adding your tracking number or go to the Orders Section in “My Account” of your Bombay Seeds Website user profile.

Product Return:

You can choose to return the product(s) you have purchased if it reaches you in a damaged state. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept returns on unused or unopened products within 72 hours of purchase. Simply reach out to our customer support team to start the process or go to Orders section in “My Account” and choose the product(s) you would like to return within the 72 hours’ time frame.

Please make sure that the product you are returning is securely in it’s original packing to ensure safe transit and has all the original product accessories, manuals and any other items that came with the product(s).
